Sarah Poole

Sarah helps to provide the assurance to the Board that demonstrates the organisation is working towards achieving its strategic objectives. She reviews and appraises achievement of the strategic objectives and ensures that the Board has assurance against these. She also leads on the risk management processes within Invicta Health.

Sarah supports the business development and maintains oversight of service contracts for Invicta Health CIC.

Sarah also ensures there is oversight and a mechanism for updating policies and protocols, with a robust system for highlighting issues and gaps to enable the delivery of high-quality services within Invicta Health.
