Kim Horsford

Kim is a member of Invicta’s Board. Although Kim does not engage in the day-to-day management of the organisation, she acts in the interest of Invicta Health and is involved in decision making, policy making and planning.

Kim is Invicta Health’s SIRO (Senior Information Risk Owner) and so is familiar with information risks and the organisation’s response to it, providing the required input and support to the Board.

Kim is also Invicta Health’s Freedom to Speak Up Independent Advisor, supporting staff to speak up when the feel they are unable to by other routes, alongside the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian.
