Kelly Evans

Kelly ensures that the organisations corporate affairs and governance is undertaken in accordance with all statutory and legislative requirements.

Kelly works closely with the Managing Director and the Chair of the Board to ensure that all discussions and decision making that relate to the business of the organisation are compliant and recorded in accordance with good governance.

Kelly also handles Board administration and effects professional responsiveness to shareholder needs.

Other areas overseen by Kelly includes Corporate Branding and Information Governance with IG Lead.
