Kelly Evans

Kelly ensures that the organisation's corporate affairs and governance are undertaken in accordance with all statutory and legislative requirements.

Kelly works closely with the Chief Executive Office and the Chair of the Board to ensure that all discussions and decision-making relating to the business of the organisation are compliant and recorded in accordance with good governance practices.

Kelly also manages Board administration and provides a professional and responsive service to meet shareholder requirements.

Other areas overseen by Kelly include Corporate Branding, Information Governance as IG Lead, and Health and Safety as the H&S Lead for Invicta, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and the promotion of a safe and healthy working environment.
