Katrina Rouse

Katrina is the professional lead for Human Resources (HR) providing expert HR advice and guidance to the Board and wider organisation. She supports the achievement of the organisation’s strategic objectives whilst supporting the HR leads within Invicta Health on employee relations matters, terms and conditions and policy development. Part of Katrina’s role includes oversight of complex HR processes, including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management and sickness management and any process which could escalate into a risk for the organisation.

Katrina leads on workforce and organisational development to support Invicta Health’s vision and she positions Invicta Health as an employer of choice. She ensures we are a learning organisation and that staff are developed, trained and valued.

Katrina works with the Board to support a culture of staff engagement in the organisation and leads the development, implementation and evaluation of initiatives, programmes and activities designed to enhance workplace health and wellbeing.

Katrina also leads and manages all aspects of the payroll function.
