Judith Marsh

Judith is a Registered Nurse and Queen’s Nurse with 27 years’ experience in Primary Care across Kent & Medway. She is a Clinical Lead in the Kent and Medway Primary Care Training Hub working for NHS England (South East) supporting and growing all multi-professional roles.

She has extensive experience in strategic leadership and multi-professional educational roles in healthcare across both provider and commissioning landscapes. She previously held the Clinical Director role in Canterbury South PCN, leading through the pandemic and also works as a volunteer counsellor on a part-time basis. Her passion and expertise is to empower friends, families, and colleagues to develop on a personal and professional basis and support their own health and wellbeing.
