Barbara Jeffery

Our Head of Quality and Professional Standards, Barbara works with the corporate team towards achieving the organisation’s vision.

Barbara is responsible for the professional/clinical leadership of all nursing and allied staff across Invicta Health. She is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of services provided, working closely with the Head of Operations.

Training and development of Nursing and Allied Healthcare Professionals is also part of Barbara’s remit, ensuring that they work to the highest professional standards.

Barbara is responsible for Infection Prevention and Control across Invicta Health and is the operational lead for Safeguarding.

Barbara is Invicta Health’s Freedom to Speak Up Guardian and is also the organisation’s Safeguarding Lead. She advises the Board on these areas as well as supporting the Board generally on decision making, policy making and planning.
