Annual General Meeting Update

Invicta Health CIC held its Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2026 bringing together shareholders, directors, and members of the senior team to review the past year and look ahead.

Looking back on the year

Attendees reviewed the company’s performance over the past year including a summary of financial results and key achievements.

Board and leadership updates

• Dr Jonathan Bryant’s recent appointment to the Board of Directors was noted.
• Dr Neil Poplett was reappointed as a Company Director ensuring continuity in leadership.

Strengthening governance

Shareholders approved updated Articles of Association to keep the organisation’s governance arrangements modern and effective. These updates include:

• Ensuring shareholder representation remains with practices rather than individuals
• Extending Director terms in line with good governance standards

Working with system partners

The meeting included an update on ongoing discussions across Kent and Medway about closer working between primary care organisations. Whilst proposals are still developing and no decisions have been made; Invicta Health CIC is actively monitoring opportunities to:

• Support a strong, unified voice for primary care
• Play a potential role in future service delivery arrangements

Shareholders agreed to keep this area under review as more information becomes available.

The AGM provided an opportunity to reflect on progress, strengthen governance, and ensure Invicta Health CIC remains well positioned to support primary care and the communities it serves.
