Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Our AGM will take place on Friday 20th March 2026 at 12pm, held via MS Teams.

This meeting is a formal requirement of our governance as a Community Interest Company (CIC) and is restricted to named shareholder practices and directors only.

The AGM will review our performance over the past year, present our annual accounts, and set out our priorities for the year ahead. It will also include any statutory business required under our Articles of Association.

• Welcome and introductions
• Approval of minutes from the previous AGM
• Presentation of Annual Report and Accounts
• Review of key achievements and challenges
• Forward plan and strategic priorities
• Governance matters (including appointment/re‑appointment of directors)
• Any other formal business

Meeting Papers

The agenda and Annual Report and Accounts will be circulated directly to members in advance of the meeting.

Attendance is limited to:

• Directors
• Registered members of the CIC
