As can be evidenced within this report, the pay gap is above the levels we would consider acceptable. This is due to a large proportion of GPs and senior clinicians within the healthcare industry being male. Invicta Health is committed to actively improving our pay gap by implementing recruitment initiatives to attract female GP’s and senior clinicians.
