I confirm that the gender pay gap information published in this written statement and submitted to the Gender pay gap service is accurate and has been calculated according to the requirements and methodology set out in the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.

As can be evidenced within this report, the pay gap is above the levels we would consider acceptable. This is due to a large proportion of GPs and senior clinicians within the healthcare industry being male. Invicta Health is committed to actively improving our pay gap by implementing recruitment initiatives to attract female GP’s and senior clinicians.
